The direbears in the cave are already on a different difficulty multiplier. I've seen them at around 300, on a base 150 server. Probably uses the selected server difficulty as a value, which is then multiplied by 5 or something.

Difficulty Value for the Center is 5.0 rather than the Island's 4.0. So with a Difficulty Offset of 1.0, max level for dinos becomes 150 and increments are by 5 rather than 4. If you set your difficulty offset slider to 0.771, it should result in a max level of 120 (assuming my math is correct or even close).

There is a setting called force max level. If this is on then it won’t go above 150. I believe that to set the difficulty past 5, you can’t just change the number. Idk how but I think you have to mess around with the config and stuff, hopefully someone more knowledgeable can tell you how. Try finding the OverrideOfficialDifficulty= setting ...

At that point you often find ascendant level saddles at crazy numbers like 155 saddles for a dinosaur or flak armor @ 750 I'm still undecided.
