One of my best ones is +5 in Ki, stamina, and supers, 0 in health, and -5 in basic and strike that I use for my female saiyan. The best you can get is actually +15/-9, but you’re a lot more likely to get +15/-10 QQ Bangs. No its +15/-8. I've gotten many of them before. Max weight means 5% more basic attack and strike by -5% ki blast and basic blast, while the inverse is true for minimum weight. Sounds important, but not really, just go for max weight regardless as a male saiyan for the basic attack boost specifically. Plus, the basic blast boost from minimum weight doesn’t matter much in the long run.

Build only has three options, thin characters receive 20% more Ki Blast (Basic/Super) power, and 20% less Melee/Strike (Basic/Super) power, while thicker characters get the opposite. In short, deviating from the default will result in changes to your character's base stats. A tall character will have more health, but less speed.

the only workable balanced build is super strike+basic attack and youd still probably be served better to pick 100 in strike and leave basic attack alone. and then its only useful for a female saiyan. male saiyans are only good for basic attack builds. there is no way for you to get a decent amount of everything.
