I just tested out the Warrior jar shard and Shard of Alexander with a couple of weapons. I can't seem to post on Fextralife so feel free to post my observations there so that it can be more thoroughly double-checked and tested. Shard of Alexander seems to boost the damage of skills by 15%. The normal warrior jar shard boosts skills by about 10%.
