My understanding is retaking the bar for a second or + amount of time is a mental game. People are more likely to get tripped up because the additional pressure, on top of life commitments. I think a huge part of it is if you didn’t study right the first time, you may make the same mistakes the second time around.

Look at whether MBE scores are up or down. If they're up, that's good for exam takers.Time spent practicing is basically linearly correlated with success on the LSAT and bar exams. If you get decent grades in college and practice for a good six months for the LSAT, you'll probably get into a decent school. I have found it hard to make one because bar prep materials seem to still be geared toward the topics being tested as an essay. The law is not laid out well for multiple choice questions.
