The Retry Scope uses any activity that returns a boolean value, and Is True is a simple one that does that. Check App State can store a true/false in a boolean variable (using the Result property) just like Element Exists. If you like the simplicity of Element Exists, you can still use it. It wasn’t removed.If you want the Retry scope, that is fine too, but the 10minute timeout should be in the Element Exist in the Condition part of the Retry.
