There are 3 ways to get a reactor. 1: Plat from the market. 2: Possible reward post-devstream (Happens every other friday, I believe) 3: Reward from an invasion, but those are rare. Your best bet is to do some Vault runs in the derelict, get some corrupted mods, and sell those for quick plat, then buy one.
