There are always players (room creators) who just wish to grind miscellaneous items, and they would usually pick the #18 Broly, #17 Goku or #16 Vegeta quest (there are available by talking to the man in blue suit near the stairs to the time vault) which have fairly good drop raid for capsule mix Z and the crystal.
Do EM 18 against Broly, have a super soul for high ki and stamina. Put on Innocence Bullet or w/e super from Buu to poison Broly. Use Emperors death beam for easy damage, when he uses the spikes, use Vanisher guard evasive, and finally, u can even solo the big ki ball by getting a bit close to it and using Final Explosion.Cuz there is broly in 15 and 18. Broly has 30% drop rate and is comparatively the easiest/fastest, just make sure to poison him. Broly for me. I can do it alone just spamming RDBs as baby even with CPU teammates.
