How to set a kill bind in tf2.
Oct 22, 2014 · I use it more than ragdoll kill bind. Or it's because weapons disintegrating you was added years after the kill & explode commands and no one thought to add a disintegrate command because it would be useless anyways. Kill is just a base Source command, too. All they added was explode.

Now pressing "g" will have your character performs any taunt associated with the current weapon you're holding, just like before. I know that typing kill in the developers console suicides you, but how do i bind it to a certian button? Go to your tf/cfg folder and open up config.cfg. All your key bindings will be there. Now in the same folder location, open up config_default.cfg. Those are the default key bindings. Anytime I play on a glitchy experimental map and get stuck in some odd geometry I use that. Also, not a bad idea.

It's literally just: unbind key. and pressing enter on the console. For example if you have P binded to kill then it'd be: unbind p kill. If the bind is in a config, it will re-bind whenever it is executed, usually on startup.
