DHCB is more of a one-item type deal, whereas the lance is better all round but generally requires max melee gear to truly have its DPS shine. so if you have max melee, get the lance. Lance is good all round really. For Vorkath you really want to have Bandos etc to go with it otherwise I would say DHCB for Vorkath.

Lance is better GP/Hour but DHCB is more relaxed and chill. So honestly it comes down to how you prefer to experience Vorkath. without torva, DHL is not more kc/hour. That's just wrong. It is more profit, but that's it. As the others have mentioned it comes down to preference.
