AR500 actually has pretty good customer service, though shipping takes some time. As far as the Testudo, I own one and can’t really recommend it. The padding in the shoulder straps gets in the way when trying to shoulder your rifle. Try and find one where the padding is higher up on the straps, or there’s less padding.
