Im guessing because i have a Prochine import (early import) with a serial # 60XX which i know is a 1987 build, (prochines were only imported in a small time frame.I had a Sile UF 56S-60XXXwhich was a 1987 as dated by the original manual.The two i have were both dated in these time frames on the manuals as well.Is this a Commander size Norinco?
