I would say that zed counters yasuo because zed's burst is too big for yasuo and yas is just too squishy. Zed doesn't have to hit all Qs, or zed doesn't to use Qs at all. If you ult yasuo, you can just kill him with basics + Es + ignite. But most of the time you don't ult yasuo when he has windwall up and minions to dash.
