Aug 1, 2012 · 28" are a pretty big tire for a 500. Just cause it's an auto doesn't mean you can run 28" tires, you need the power to turn them over with ease. And the bigger you go the more power and top speed you will lose, you may even lose some bottom end as well. Only thing that would help if you still want some 28" tires is a clutch kit.
