I wear sz 8 bras and size 6-8 depending on the top, but size up for the align tank. The 8 fits as a bra/ for jogging, but the 10 works better as a top on its own. The define fit ok it the 8, but I went with the 10 so I can wear it over short sleeve tops. I think it's ultimately about how you plan to use the items to determine which size feels best.
