Saints Row isn't a AAA game, it never was. It doesn't have nearly the budget of a Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption or even Cyberpunk 2077 (all of which have their own issues with glitches). The staff is around 250 people for the entire company when GTA literally had thousands.
