Let me explain: i'm trying to get an attack called burning slash, which can be "obtained" by completing the parallel quest 44 "dragon balls of the future" (well, it was supposed to give it to you). I go there and do the quest by defeating all enemies and then getting the 6 dragon balls, and then i fight cell and get the seventh.
