As for Uworld, my average is a 66 but I have only completed about 20% of the questions since I just found out about it and purchased it a few weeks ago.Just make sure you pass them. That was super easy, maybe easier than the last eor I took. IM easiest, EM randomly felt the hardest bc there wasn't a single emergency on my exam, felt like I took FM EOR 2 honestly. Hardest for me: surg, women’s health. EM FM IM all easiest (EM was the hardest of the three) 440+ for me. IM was my first EOR.Especially women's health and surgery. So in terms of your PACKRAT score, you are in good shape - as long as you keep up the studying of course!! Below are my scores for reference: Post-didactic PACKRAT = 178. Post-clinical PACKRAT = 188. Average EOR = 475. PAEA End of Curriculum = 1674 (out of 1800) PANCE = 694. Our minimum score for passing EOR is a 390 = 75%. I can't share the pdf, but a 387 is a 73%. Our program used the PAEA EOR exams with passing scores being 75% and above. There were a couple people that wouldn't pass during each rotation, but we were allowed 1 retake and everyone passed those. It's a bit concerning that the failure rate is so high.

The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. Rosh isn’t really meant to teach you what you should’ve learned in didactic, but rather show you where your gaps are and prepare you for answering test questions.

Another one in Colorado that requires a 60% My school requires a raw score of 70% to pass. We also remediate as seen fit by our program director of we don't pass it. I love taking the PAEA EORs.
