Protea's Dispensary on 1 or 4. Energy orbs are great for everyone, and Oberon can get energy back while using Renewal and Arcane Energize, which is great. It's really simple, and it's not gonna drastically change the 'balance' of the game, especially since those pets are only good for utility and it's a damn PvE game lol. People aren't gonna waste a mod slot on that augment, and switch to Protea if they weren't already using her frequently to have a slightly better experience with non-Kavats/Kubrows.
