this happened to me.. the buyer never accepted the tickets and stubhub emailed me on the day of the event saying the buyer never received my tickets, and they cancelled my sale. i was charged a cancellation fee and they said i won't be paid for my sale lol. ive been trying to reach out to them to dispute the charge :(
