On both guns I had them mounted on, it was never natural to bring the dot to bare. The elevated position it puts the dot in just never clicked, even after a lot of range time.

I have two identical guns with identical optics, torqued the same (properly) and with several 1000s of rounds downrange. I keep checking the torques and they are holding. The sight always ends up drifting up and to the left several inches over 25 yards. Even though the screws sit a hair deeper with the EPS they still work great, they’re known high-strength and good quality. Part number 94414A714.
