It is really up to you. I find the best build for PVE is 41 health, 84 ki, 125 basic, 125 ki blast with a qqbang that gives -5 hp, +5 ki and stamina, -5 strike and +5 ki blast. This gives you over 20k hp if you pick the tallest build, 9 bars of ki and 7 stamina.
