On their website they state they are working on a new app. If you insist on playing on Lichess I would wait and see about this new app.

Lichess ratings are not "inflated" they use a different system. Chess.com uses Glicko 1, Lichess uses Glicko 2 and FIDE use the old ELO system. Apart from these differences ratings between them are also not comparable. A given rating is not a measure of how good you are at chess. It is a rating of how well you perform in a certain pool of players.

Chess.com standard is roughly in line with USCF, Lichess is 200-300 points higher. I think chess.com rating is more like +/- 300 that of FIDE. At some point ChessBase can make sense, but lichess studies + analysis + opening explorer can get you very far as a beginner.
