Yellow light turns off, blue light remains lit. Activate the cat sensor by pressing on the globe just above the entrance in a forward and down motion. The red light should come on now. Allow the unit to complete the timing, cycle, and return to home position. At this time, the unit will have reset itself.Check the fuzzy strips on the base that reduce friction around the front of the globe and the hole that litter gets dumped through. Those tend to peel up and on mine that peeling was creating resistance that triggered the litter robot to think something was getting trapped or pinched. I had same problem with pinch detect. I cleaned the contacts and still had pinch fault. The pinch wiring feeds to the dfi board so I replaced the dfi board and pinch alarm went away. It’s a bit hard to add actual litter into the robot esp if you buy litter in 40 pound boxes, you need to scoop it in there. It’s also extremely sensitive to the amount of litter in there. You can not over fill or else it will get stuck mid cycle because it thinks a cat is interrupting the cycle so it pauses. I recommend using two pliers at once so you bend the metal without pulling it out of the plastic.
