I tried a level 19 Dalinsia with a current-game Yog and a mix of silent legion/cim. armor, which put her around 1k armor. She's gotten pretty decent stat upgrades and only positive perks. She has 7.8k HP and probably 40 Str, including bonuses. I tried two tests, and had to shift-delete the Champ both times because Dalinsia was going to lose.
