My reading order was Mistborn Era 1, Mistborn Era 2 (SH after), Stormlight (Warbreaker before/during WoR), and Elantris. I plan to give them a reread in the future; by the time the next sequels come out, I'll want to reimmerse myself in their respective worlds. For now, here's my tier list (and ranking) of the books. I'd argue that yes, Yumi is good without Cosmere background. As long as someone is willing to understand that there are some things that won't fit in fully or be particularly explained (Design, Masaka, Hoid) the rest of the narrative is fully self-contained and all the complexities are understandable without digging into the underlying Realmatics.

That's because Legion isn't in the Cosmere, it's just another of Brandon's works. Interesting but entirely unconnected to any Mistborn or Stormlight book, or any of the Cosmere.
