Sky builder stuff comes from the diadem which can be accessed from the firmament in ishgard via the NPC to the left of the builder board. Yellow scrips you can get easily via using a myriad of tools to follow the timed node spawns around the world and try to gather collectibles. The new collectible gathering table is much easier to work with.

Diadem is NOT just a battle zone, there are certain mats and silver spoils that can only be obtained from gathering, if you are not okay with potentially half your party not participating in battle (which means you get no chest drops from V and NMs) make a PF and ask for battle-only players.

It's more like a solo instance for people to gather, there is no longer any battle content there. Unless they have plans to make "party based" events for gatherers within Diadem, odds are it's just going to be a lot of people going clockwise in an instance gathering materials and blowing up mobs for their pieces.Diadem Golem.
