If you dint mind the trade game you can sell some stuff and just straight up buy them at a fairly decent price from the market. Way later in the game you can get them as a reward in the daily sorties, but takes a while to get there.This would encourage to use Orokin reactor and forma in regular Warframe before getting prime version especially if there isn't prime version yet available for that warframe.
