Black Widow dip attachment for power racks Back in November I sent Dean from Black Widow Training Gear a couple questions about their dip attachment that mounts on a power rack. It wasn't clear from the pics exactly how it attached to the uprights, and I wanted to make sure he could make one that worked with a Body Solid GPR378. ...The grip handles are not too close together like some bars I’ve tried, and not too far apart; just perfect. And the open ended aspect of the handles don’t “crush my skull†during the movement. This bar is my second favorite bar from Black Widow (my favorite being the multi-grip press bar). I got the custom J-hooks for GPR 378 from Dean ( Black Window Training Gear) few weeks ago.The back of the hook is curved unlike in the pics where it is square and also obliviously it does not cover the entire upright. . . I also found that i need the j hooks to be at least 3/4 inch if not 1 inch longer.
